Processing Method

Drilling: As per technical data sheet
Cleaning: using air pump or compressed air and brush to clean the holes completely.
Assembling and Injection: Mount the static mixer onto the bottle, push out some incomplete mixed gel at the front part,then inject from the bottom of the hole, to fill 1/2 to 2/3 depth of the hole.
Bar planting: spin slowly the rebar or thread rods into the hole, adjust up and down for several times to make the gel average, but don’t touch it during hardening time.
Curing and Maintenance: According to the temperature of the base materials, give enough time to harden and start to load mounting until it hardened completely.
